The History of Roxie's life!
Many people ask me... So I thought i would take the time to talk about and inform you of the past 18 years, what i have done and what i wish I did ... 12th March 1988 - The world became a different place... All contace was lost with Fobos 1 the mission to mars. Apparently the spacecraft flew past Mars without activating its science instruments or deploying its lander, but what really happened was somebody left the inhouse heater on overnight and the craft exploded into smytherines. They are still battling this in court.. no conclusions have been reached yet though. While the world was being cast in to turmoil and coming to turns with the loss of "FOBUS 1" on the small island of Niue a small white skinned, blonde haired blue eyed baby (were not suggesting anything though, purely coincidence) was born. Due to the time difference between Niue and the Motherland, Roxie celebrates her birthday on the 11th as that was the actual day in Niue.Living in a tropical paridise of Taro, wild pigs and coconut husks was hard work and after 2 years Roxie began to feel the motherland calling. The toddler persuaded her parentals to take her home.
Staying merely 3 years in Auckland (living in the dodgey part of West Harbour Drive) Roxies Ma and Pa moved to the country of Brunei. Amongst the richness of oil and the smallness of land Brunei gave Roxie the upbringing she deserved. Spending a humoungess amount of time out of the country Roxie was able to visit many amazing places in South East Asia including, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar, Nepal and Vietnam to name a few.Life in a small bruniean village is easy, but not always! there are many jobs to be done.I didnt actually live in a village but more in a metropolitian type area, in a 5 bedroom house with 5 bathrooms to match the colour of each room.
6 years on Roxie yet again felt the motherland calling, and returned to the same St in West Harbour however the rich end this time. Attending Marina View School for only one year she picked up the young person of the year award setting an example for fellow classmates and peers and earning the title geek!
Moving through high school Roxie had ups and downs, friends and no friends. She did well at school and after gaining University Entrance at the end of 6th form she left school early. Much to the horror of her entire extended family she decided not to attend University but instead studied to be an audio engineer, producing some amazing talent in the basement of mainz. After a year of audio Roxie moved on. Still at MAINZ she studied Music management for a year.
Which brings us to the present day... Managing the odd band, writing the odd song, putting on the odd event, and wearing odd socks Roxie continues to strive at what she is good at... being herself in everything she does.
So there we have it... for those of you who asked. A breif history of the life of Roxie.if any one has questions please feel free to approach me, I dont smell (despite alternate sources saying i do), I am happy to answer any queries.Peace to ya'll.
